Running Clinic with Ebb & Flow Rehabilitation

Calling all runners, joggers, walkers, or anyone interested in learning about how NOT to injure themselves this Summer!
On Wednesday 7/16/25 at 6pm we will have Ebb & Flow Rehabilitation join us for a running course and Q+A. Here's what you'll learn:
- How to optimize your running performance
- Learn about proper cadence, footstrike, arm swing, etc.
- How to prevent injury
- Learn how to cross train, warm up, and recovery post activity.
- How to properly address injuries so you can get back out there, faster!
- Learn about the importance of addressing your injuries before they get worse!
