The problem

Don’t jump back into running too fast
build strength, fuel properly, and stay injury-free.

The Hard Truth?

Running is high-impact and hard on your body. If you’re a beginner runner, or returning to your practice after a Winter break, don’t expect to run a half marathon tomorrow. Without the right build-up your body doesn’t have time to adapt, which can result in short-term (or long-term) injury.

01

The Three Coach Solution.

This program brings together three professionals - a run coach, a physical therapist, and a sports dietician nutritionist - so your running, your strength, and your fueling are all working together to support your body.

02

Six weeks to a stronger, smarter season.

Our hybrid program incorporates progressive run plans, physical therapist-informed mobility training, and practical fueling habits to prepare you for a race, a long run, or just a Spring/Summer spent adventuring outdoors.

03

For every runner. Yes, that means you.

Just getting back out there after a break? Perfect! Want to learn more about how to properly fuel? We’ve got you. Looking to stay injury free all season long? Look no further. This is a whole body reset designed to fit into your life so you can grow towards whatever goals you may have.

Her approach is practical, non-diet, and built around sustainable habits that help you feel energized, strong, and ready to train.

Who this is for

If any of this
sounds like you.

🏃
THE RETURNEE

You ran before Winter, but took a break or reduced your mileage when things got cold and icy (no judgement). You want to get back out there, but don’t want to get hurt and want to build back up gradually. This program was designed for you.

🎯
THE BEGINNER

You want to get into running, but you don’t know where to start. We get it, it can be overwhelming. This program gives you the structure, the support, and the community to achieve your goals.

🏅
THE GOAL-CHASER

You’ve got a 5k or a 10k on the calendar and suddenly, it’s feeling a lot closer! This program gives you a smart base to build from that allows other training programs to actually work for you.

😤
THE INJURED RUNNER

Maybe it’s your left knee. Or your hip. Or lower back. Every time you think you’re safe to hit the pavement or trails once more, there’s another twinge of discomfort. The physical therapy portion of this program exists to break this cycle and keep you running, all season long.

🥗
THE UNDER-FUELER

You eat healthy, but feel lethargic when you finally get out for that post-work run. Our sports dietician nutritionist is in your corner and will help you understand how food can fuel your run practice, help with recovery, and keep you feeling your best.

👥
THE STUDENT

You’re interested in learning how to take your running practice to the next level. You want to learn more about how strength, mobility, and nutrition can help your body feel its best on runs. This program has the experts here for you and ready to answer your questions.

RUN MORE.
HURT LESS.
BUILD STRENGTH.
  • More confidence on every run, regardless of pace or distance
  • A body that feels ready — not wrecked — after hard efforts
  • Fueling strategies you'll actually use, not forget after week one
  • A community of like-minded people all coming together toward a common goal of having fun, staying safe, healthy and fit
  • Knowledge to carry you through a whole season of running — and beyond

Questions

We've heard them all.

Is this for beginners or experienced runners?
Both. It's designed to meet you where you're at and build gradually. If you're new, you'll get structure. If you're returning, it helps you ramp up smart and avoid injury. All paces welcome — we're not in this for speed.
I'm not in shape yet… should I wait?
Nope — this is for getting back into shape. The whole point is a safe, progressive reset so you're not guessing. Waiting only delays your season. Start here.
I'm worried about injury.
That's exactly why this program exists. You'll get PT guidance on mobility and strength plus smart progression built in — so you're far less likely to get sidelined than going it alone.
I'm training for a race — will this help?
It's the perfect base-builder. While it's not a specific race training plan, it gives you the strength, fueling knowledge, and mileage foundation to make any training plan actually work when you pick one up.
What if my schedule is chaotic or I travel?
The program is mostly online by design, so you can do workouts and review content when it works for you. Workouts fit your schedule — not the other way around. 30–60 minutes per session, built to be realistic.
Why three coaches — can't I just follow a plan online?
You can, but a run plan alone doesn't prevent injury, improve mobility, or dial in nutrition. Three coaches means your training, durability, and fueling are actually aligned — instead of accidentally working against each other.
Is it personalized 1-on-1 coaching?
It's a structured program with multiple real access points — Q&A at kickoff, mid-program office hours, Discord, and weekly emails. Not 1:1 full-time coaching, but genuine individual support when you need it.
What's the real value here?
Any one of these coaches (run coaching, individual PT, or 1-on-1 nutrition) can cost $200–$600 alone. You're getting a full plan, accountability, gear, a community, and three expert perspectives for $199. It's genuinely a no-brainer.
Why two tiers? And what's the difference?
We want this program to fit YOU - your life, your finances, your schedule, your training needs. Both programs get the online training plans, but the “All-In” tier allows participants to go deeper with coaches and build community with other members. All-In members will get access to a mid-season in-person “office hours” with our coaches so you can ask questions, learn more, and track progress. Plus, our All-In runners will get access to a private chat to connect with other participants, schedule group workouts, ask questions for coaches, hold each other accountable, or just cheer each other on. PLUS All-In includes weekly emails with tips, info, and themes from our coaches. Oh, and you get a tech t-shirt at the end of the program. Basically, “Starter” is great for folks who live farther away or are self-motivated. All-In is for folks who want to take advantage of everything this program offers.
How much time per week does it take?
Each session and workout was built around 30-60 minute time blocks, but this can be easily adjusted based on your schedule. They are developed to be realistic and sustainable. You’ll have weekly workouts and guidance you can plug into your schedule, no need for massive time commitments
